Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Heaven Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we follow strict guidelines on returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return window: 5 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at royalheavenofficial520@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for return pickup or courier.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed:

  • After the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the product is found to be eligible (unused, sealed, and as claimed), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: After approval, amount will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items bought on sale or with promotional offers

  • Makeup brushes, sponges, and skincare tools (unless defective)

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
